We work hard to offer you innovative and effective workouts including Barre, Mat Pilates, TRX and Spin. We use all our experience and knowledge to create many variants within these to keep you challenged.



We offer Mat Pilates in a small group friendly environment. With a contemporary approach, these classes are fun and varied bringing a variety of props to support and challenge you! Choose from a variety of classes that provide for all levels and ability.



Barre classes offer a perfect blend of stretching and toning to help you sculpt your ballet body. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance and yoga and and uses targeted toning sequences of isolated micro-movements all choreographed into a fun motivating session.



Ride (otherwise know as spin) classes are a great low-impact cardiovascular workout. Burn calories, Improve your blood flow, increase your stamina and have fun!



TRX is effective, functional training. Be prepared to sweat and see results really fast. You don’t have to go pro to train like one. You will grow stronger in an encouraging, highly motivated environment. TRX is so versatile, we offer fun and challenging TRX classes that are open to everyone.
