It’s really easy to book your class. We use the industry leading Mindbody system which allows you to buy passes, book classes and manage your account. To sign up simply click on ‘Register’ at the top of any page.

You can then visit our schedule page choose a class, buy a pass and you’re booked in! Then just turn up to the Hub and enjoy!

  • Classes and Teachers are subject to change
  • Grip socks are required for every class.
  • If there are 2 or less persons signed up for a Group Class, Pilates Lounge reserves the right to cancel the class. There will be notice of the cancellation
  • All Classes must be prepaid
  • All sales are final


Sessions are booked on a first-come first-served basis.

Teachers occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies.

You will be charged for a session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made online at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class

We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be put in the class. An email will be sent to you informing you. Please note that if you are put into the class from the waiting list our cancellation policy still applies. 

We operate a strict no refund policy.

 This makeup system is subject to certain terms and conditions, which are outlined below.

  • We require you cancel your booking ONLINE through the MindBody system so that if there is a waitlist, you space becomes available.  This is without exception.
  • If you are not able to attend a makeup class before the end of the week they will expire.


If you didn’t manage to use all your sessions in time – it’s ok. Extend your current class pass for an extra month so you don’t miss out! It costs £10 to be paid at the Lounge.

Waiting Lists
We operate a waiting list for all of our classes; if somebody cancels the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be put in the class. An email will be sent to you informing you. Please note that if you are put into the class from the waiting list our cancellation policy still applies. 

Left over Classes
Classes cannot be carried over to the next month on the Maintain and Progress packages.

You may cancel your booking, without charge, up to 24 hours before the start of the session that you have booked. 

Payments will be taken each month from the date of your first payment.


You are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. We (Pilates Lounge) reserve the right to refuse participation of anyone it considers may be endangered by taking part.

Please note, you are required to follow the instructions of the instructor at all times. 

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that he is capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme which he follows or class which he attends. Members accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any session if in any doubt.


Pilates Lounge accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of persons or for injury to persons on the premises or outside the Pilates Lounge except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

Personal belongings are brought onto the premises at the your own risk and the Pilates Lounge does not accept liability for any loss or damage to such items.

Any marketing, educational or other materials of this nature whatsoever produced by the Pilates Lounge and which are made available to you will at all times remain the property of the Pilates Lounge and will be subject to copyright.

There is ample parking around our studio.

You can park for free outside Sutton Town Hall after 5pm. Outside these times you can park here and on Midland Drive for an hour free of charge.

Parking is also available on Railway Road opposite the entrance to the Job Centre or further down for only 40p.

In the event of a class being full we operate a waiting list; if somebody cancels and a space becomes available, the person at the top of the waiting list will automatically be moved onto the class. An email will be sent to you informing you so please keep an eye on your e-mails if you are waiting.   You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time – right up until class starts, likewise you can be moved on too.  Please note that if you are moved onto the class from the waiting list, the cancellation policy still applies.

No, we provide space to store shoes and hang your coat but unfortunately this doesn’t expand to changing rooms. There are lockers for your valuables.

Nothing! Everything is here at the Pilates Lounge. We provide mats but you’re more than welcome to bring your own. A bottle of water for hydration is a good idea and any comforts you want for personal use such as a rolled up towel.

Pilates is for everyone interested in moving in a healthy way.  Literally it is for everyone! It underpins our fundamental movement in life, including sports and other fitness activities. We work people from 18-80 of all walks of life and all different reasons.  Pilates brings benefits to those who have never exercised before as well as to top athletes.

You can pay using our online booking system. Simply register, buy a drop-in, 10, 20 or 40 class pass then book your classes.

A block of 10 classes will expire within 3 months of purchase date, 20 and 40 class passes expire in 6 months. Please click here for more information »

Yes, providing there is space you can use it whenever you like. To ensure you have a place in the classes you want, it is advisable to book in advance. You can book up to 8 weeks in advance

What happens if I need to cancel a class?2022-07-16T23:08:56+00:00

You can cancel your classes by logging into your online account up to 24 hours before and keep your credit for another time. If you do not turn up for a class or have cancelled within 24 hours, you will lose your credit but please do consider fellow members who may be on the waiting list – if you can’t make it, late cancelling will free your space for someone else.

You’ll be happy to know that we don’t make you wear a leotard! You should wear something you are comfortable to move in. For hygiene we ask for socks to be worn. A range of grip socks are available from reception.
